REFUND & RETURNS

For hygiene reasons, our Hernia Briefs are NOT eligible for return and are considered final sale. 

Your happiness is important to us, yet due to the rehabilitation and hygiene nature of our products, all our products must be non-returnable.  

We accept returns for manufacturers defect (which is highly unlikely from an ISO 9001 factory) or picking errors on our part.  However this refund must be made by contacting our Customer Service department toll free at 1-866-374-4050 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#) and further information regarding merchandise returns. Any items returned without proper authorization will not be eligible for return.
