Sizing is Important

Measure accurately around your waist.

Use the top of your existing brief line to determine a tight and accurate hip measurement.  If you are abdominally obese measure over the belly.

Our 'top-tip' for getting the size right based on countless conversations with gentlemen with a hernia is -
'Use a tight tape measure for an accurate fit, don't rely on your trouser size'.

· Measure exactly like normal underwear around the low waist.

· Do not use your trouser size as this is often inaccurate.

· For an exact, tight fit do not make any adjustments to the size based on vanity or your existing medical condition.
