Sizing is Important

Measure accurately around your hip.

Measure around your hip, not your pant size to determine your hip measurement.  If you are abdominally obese measure over and around your belly.

Our 'top-tip' for getting the size right based on countless conversations with gentlemen with a hernia is -
'Use a tape measure for an accurate fit, don't rely on your trouser size'.

· Measure exactly like normal underwear around the low waist.

· Do not use your trouser size as this is often inaccurate.

· For an exact fit do not make any adjustments to the size based on vanity or your existing medical condition.
